Thank you for your Vendor Space registration for the 2023 Holiday on the Drive presented by College Park Main Street, on Thursday, December 7th from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm. 

To finalize your registration, we must have the following items on file by Friday, November 24th, 2023. 

SUBMIT DOCUMENTS: Via your registration portfolio OR email to events@collegeparkmainstreet.com 

1. Signed Hold Harmless/Indemnification paperwork (please see link below): Please sign, date, and return to the College Park Main Street Failure to sign/submit this paperwork will void your registration and deny access to the event.

2. Submission of Certificate of Insurance (COI), showing proof of liability coverage: Please submit your COI, naming College Park Main Street as an Additional Insured. Failure to submit proof of insurance/Additional Insured (COI) will void your registration and deny access to the event. 

Once all items are received, College Park Main Street will send an email with a VENDOR PACKET including confirmation of your vendor space, and details for event day arrival time and specific check-in location (with driving map). Vendor Check-In & Set-Up begins at 3:00PM - NO early arrivals. Booth tear down is 9PM; early tear down will deny entry to future events. Food Truck / Food Vendors must select/pay the correct registration level, and indicate need for electric. Vendor spaces are 10’ X 10’ with access to electricity; Vendor is responsible for providing extension cords, lighting, tent, fire extinguisher, decor, chairs, generators (quiet) etc. Non-food vendors may NOT give away or sell any food or drink products. ALL Vendors must check-in at the specific location and time that will be in the VENDOR PACKET emailed 5-7 days before the event.
